Video

I did my video last night.


The workout I did last night was the first one I did off the video last week and it was HARD! Lots of lunges and jumps and other stuff. I like this video because there are like 10 or 12 ten minute cardio segments and several ab segments and you can either pick and choose segments that you want to do, or use one of the pre-designed workouts that have several segments put together already. I think it keeps it from getting boring.
